When will my order ship?
Fully paid orders will usually be dispatched within three business days (72 business hours). Please note there may be some dispatch delays during periods around sales or holiday periods like Christmas. You then must allow for up to 10 days with standard delivery by Australia Post. To guarantee next-day dispatch for orders placed on weekdays, please select Express Shipping (for Australian orders). Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (Australian EST) and not on weekends or public holidays.
How do I track my order?
We supply Australia Post with your e-mail address so that 'tracking advice' emails can be sent to track your parcel. You will get an email update when your parcel is scanned by Australia Post as 'arriving at a despatch centre' and then as 'delivered' or being 'available for collection'. This process normally involves no more than three emails. Your email address is not collected, remembered or distributed by Australia Post or any other third party.

Delivery times after dispatch will depend on the postal carrier’s delivery service. Please check the Australia Post website for more information on estimated delivery times.
Please note: Collection from our Milligram warehouse is not possible due to health and safety issues. If you need your order quickly, please choose Express Post or Same Day Courier.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Standard Delivery
We use Australia Post e-Parcel delivery. This is a registered service which can be tracked. Estimated delivery times are 3-10 days. For suburbs and regional areas add a day or two accordingly, depending on the distance from the CBD.
This service requires a signature upon delivery, so we recommend you provide your work address or nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel. If nobody is available, a collection card will be left to visit your local Post Office. Carriers will not leave packages unattended/unsigned for.
- Can deliver to PO BOX or Street Address.
- Delivers on Monday-Friday. Does not deliver on public holidays.
Express Post
We use Australia Post e-Parcel EXPRESS delivery. This is a registered service which can be tracked. Estimated delivery times can be found here. This service is usually next day delivery to all Australian Capital Cities provided orders are placed before 11am on a business day (although may take a little longer during peak periods like Christmas). Please note, regional areas are not usually a next day service. Please note, only Perth 6000 is guaranteed next day. All suburbs of Perth should expect a 2-3 day delivery. Express is not guaranteed for NT.
The cost for this service is $14.99. This service requires a signature upon delivery, so we recommend you provide your work address or nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel. If nobody is available, a collection card will be left to visit your local Post Office/Collection Hub. Carriers will not leave packages unattended/unsigned for.

Same Day Courier Service
We use Capital Transport for same day delivery. This is service is for orders placed by 11am and is available to eligible Melbourne Metro post codes only (this delivery option will only appear at the checkout for eligible postcodes — click here for the current list). The cost for this service is $19.99. Please nominate a delivery address (e.g. work address) where somebody will be available to sign for the delivery between 9am-5pm AEST. If no-one is there to sign for the order, you may be liable for re-delivery charges.
- Can deliver to Street Address ONLY if someone is there to sign for the parcel – we CANNOT deliver to PO BOX or PARCEL LOCKER.
- Delivers on Monday—Friday. Does not deliver on public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL
Milligram ships around Australia and to over 45 counties, including the USA, UK and New Zealand. A full list of the countries we ship to is as follows:

Customs
International shoppers do not pay Australian GST (tax) on products but may be liable for taxes or duties when products arrive at their country's customs. Milligram will not be responsible for any duties or charges incurred at the recipient's country. Please ensure to check this with your country's customs office prior to placing an order with Milligram.
